Baby was found at the Moreno Valley by our friends at Boxer Rescue Ranch. She was 4-5 years old Boxer mix and had just had puppies. Sadly not for the first time. Baby was a shelter volunteer favorite but was having a hard time being adopted due to how shy she is. She would hid under the bench when anyone new came to meet her. Our BRR friends took the time to just sit with her in the shelter for as long as it took for her to find enough trust in them to go back to the ranch. She remained withdrawn there as well for a bit of time, but when this big hearted girl gets comfortable with you, the cuddles never end. She has now fully decompressed on the ranch and gotten her "almost girlish" figure back. She has a new friend in Roman, the Cane Corso who walks and plays with her. Baby is not your typical social butterfly. She is more of a home body love bug, enjoying one on one time with her people. She would do best in an adult home that understands shy dogs and the time it can take for them to blossom. She enjoys walks but can get startled by sights and sounds of city chaos. She's a country girl at heart and loves nothing more than a walk and then just enjoying the sunshine, feeling the breeze and loving her humans. Baby continues to chill in her suite at Boxer Rescue Ranch. They love her so much they feel she deserves her own home with her own people 24/7 to share their sofa and life with her. Baby is worth ever second, minute, hour, day, week or month it may take to see her true self come out full yand love you forever.
