Tank is about 5 years old and lived with his Boxer son, a family that has five kids, cats and teeny tiny dogs. It was a huge property so the dogs had the run of the place. Life took a turn that resulted in Tank needing a new permanent a loving new home. He is a super nice boy who is loyal and loving. Since he had acres to run on, and was not walked on leash, we are so impressed at his leash manners. He is happy to walk by your side with a loose leash. Tank has been welcoming to new dogs we've introduced him too. Something else he was not used to on the ranch, but he's been a gentleman. A nice girl dog would be a welcome companion in a new home. Or perhaps with his son? He's been around kids and knows his manners. Basic commands are fine and in a home that wants to do more training we know that Tank will be super star. How many Boxers in rescue like other dogs, kids AND cats!
