When Nova arrived to BRLA from a local shelter she was dubious and kept her feelings close. She was well mannered, walks like a lady on leash and is respectful to people and kids. She was a bit guarded around other dogs but our team has brought out the good dog in her. Nova has made some canine friends at BRLA and she loves her pack walks with her pals. We feel she would probably do best as the only dog but she is good in public around others in confident hands and gets better every day. The happy has come out but she is a female and like many she can be bossy! She does best with calm submissive male dogs. She is too sassy for small dogs. Nova does the zoomies like a puppy but she also has a chill and cuddly side.. She LOVES toys (more like obsessed with toys :) and has a grand time throwing them for herself. Nova is likely about 4-5 years old and continues to show us how smart and trainable she is. Nova is housebroken and crate trained too! She needs a strong confident owner.
