Jarvis is about 1 year old. He came to us with little experience in the outside world. He was shy but lights up with another dog. When he gets playing he actual almost does a back flip of joy. He had little confidence and could overreact at times to new things, like a dog he didn't know. But our team has build his confidence and he got to spend time in a foster situation which showed us who he is in a home environment. He was able to build confidence which resolved his previous initial hesitance with new dogs. He enjoyed going to dog beach. His new home will continue practicing confidence building to keep him on his positive track. Jarvis is housebroken and will do best in a home that takes the time to allow him to bloom. He does know basic commands and can sit with or without treats. It is so rewarding to see scared boys, like Jarvis come to life and have fun in the world. A home with a nice mentor dog will be perfect along with someone home more than not. Jarvis has really opened up at BRLA and even more in his foster situation and we are excited to see him put down roots and live his best life in his forever home.
