Canelo is an enthusiastic boy. He's about 2 years old and we rescued him from the North Central Animal Shelter. He is full of confidence and has been working on his basic training. He tested well with other confident large dogs but can on a little too strong for some dogs. He does well on pack walks at BRLA with other large dogs and with good leadership He would benefit from going home as only dog to continue working on social skills to maybe live with another dog in time. He can get over-excite when in full play mode. Canelo walks well on leash and is treat motivated which is an asset in training. When excited he can be a jumper so so an adult only home is best to work on his impulse control and become the best he can be. A home ready to commit to helping Canelo become the best canine citizen with training and engagement will be great. He is eager to learn and looking for the right humans to lead the way.
