Larry came from the Agoura animal shelter and is estimated to be about 7 years old. He was surrendered back to Agoura when his owner moved across the country. He shared that Larry's favorite things are walks and rubber balls. Larry lived with a 15 year old and enjoyed being an inside dog. He is a more thoughtful mellow guy who enjoys attention and gives gentle hugs. Larry knows sit and shows good engagement with handlers when walking. He keeps up a good pace but enjoys stopping to smell the roses, and of course to read the daily pee-mail. Larry would love a home where the simple things in life are enjoyed, like a walk a day, a nice soft dog bed and humans that will be with him forever. Larry is non reactive around dogs in public. He seems to be a dog that would enjoy being your one and only. More mellow, more pets, more attention that way for Larry the loyal companion.
