Spanky is one of those drop dead cuties that will steal your heart in a New York minute.  He is playful and has wonderful temperament. He is good on a leash, great with other dogs and fantastic with kids. Spanky has a lot going for him for such a young boy.  He will only get better as he matures. For now he is a happy-go-lucky kind of guy looking forward to finding a family to grow up with and to enjoy every minute of every day.
