Little was adopted a few years ago and he did not live the best life. He was kept outside and was not walked. He reacts to other dogs and his owner could not handle him in public.  This is a catch-22 situation as he needs regular exercise to help him become more balance and more tolerant of other dogs.  Instead of facing his problem and getting him training he was locked away and became more and more frustrated.  He needs an experienced owner to help him become the good boy that hides inside.  Little has those comical ears that level off and stay close to his head.  Given the right home, this wayward boy will become your best boy in no time.
