We know this boy has a tale to tell but we have no idea how to figure it out.
Kinsley is pretty wary of other dogs right now. You can tell he is curious as he wants to be friends but his actions show lack of interaction and socialization. He really wants to and our team is working with him. Under close observation when walking him he shows some interesting behavior which might be clues to his past. He obviously was not walked much on leash but is getting the hang of it. He is very good at dancing over chains and leashes when approaching his legs and feet. It is almost like second nature to him to untangle himself.  He also tosses his head up and back when he feels any tension on the leash. If we had to take a guess at what all these clues mean, we would guess that Kinsley was kept on a chain.
